Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Dispatch teams for timely order updates.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and feedback.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records, reports, and CRM data.
Candidate Profile:
2–5 years of experience in CRM, customer support, content writing, or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Experience in digital marketing or social media content creation will be an added advantage.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
