Job Summary
ARB Buildcon is looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our Dombivli project site. The ideal candidate should have 12–15 years of hands-on experience in civil construction, strong leadership skills, and the ability to supervise site operations while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per approved drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and site workers for smooth project execution.
- Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, and daily work progress.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company quality standards.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment at the construction site.
- Inspect ongoing work, identify issues, and take corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
- Verify material usage, monitor site inventory, and coordinate material requirements with the procurement team.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, and attendance of manpower.
- Assist in resolving on-site technical and operational challenges.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with statutory and environmental regulations.
- Participate in site meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 12–15 years of experience in supervising civil construction projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and construction plans.
- Good leadership and team supervision skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
