Position : Academic Counselor / Telecaller (Sales)

Role Overview: An enthusiastic and persuasive counselor to guide prospective students and parents through ClassPe's course offerings, understand their learning needs, and convert enquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand student requirements.
- Counsel students and parents on suitable courses, batches, and learning plans offered by ClassPe.
- Follow up consistently with prospective leads to drive conversions and close enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Address queries and objections professionally, ensuring a positive counseling experience.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to give feedback on lead quality and student needs.
- Build long-term trust with students to encourage referrals and repeat engagement.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in academic counseling, telesales, or ed-tech admissions preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/regional language.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under performance metrics.
- Comfortable with high call volumes and CRM-based lead tracking.
- Graduate in any discipline; prior EdTech/BPO experience is a plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
