One of my friend's company is looking for a Pharma Telecaller to connect with customers to promote healthcare products and services. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of healthcare products
Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to clients
* Explain products
* Maintain customer records and follow-ups
* Handle customer queries professionally
* Generate leads and support sales activities
* Coordinate with the sales team when required
Requirements:
* Good communication and convincing skills
* Basic computer knowledge
* Experience in telecalling or pharma sales is a plus
* Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
* Freshers can also apply
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
