Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Trainer with strong expertise in Operations, Production, Training, and Quality Assurance (QA). The candidate will be responsible for developing employee skills, improving operational efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and conducting effective training programs across departments.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, along with strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for Operations, Production, and QA teams.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, manuals, and process guidelines.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
- Support production and operational teams in achieving productivity goals.
- Maintain records of training activities and employee progress.
- Improve workplace communication and team coordination.
- Ensure continuous improvement in quality and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Operations, Production, Training, and QA departments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong presentation and training delivery skills.
- Good knowledge of quality systems, SOPs, and operational processes.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheet and reporting tools.

- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
- Ability to handle multiple teams and departments.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience in the food, manufacturing, or service industry will be an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
