Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who can manage daily site activities, coordinate with workers and contractors, and ensure smooth execution of interior projects as per design and timeline.
Key Responsibilities
•Supervise day-to-day site operations.
•Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, and other vendors.
•Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
•Monitor material usage and site progress.
- Report daily updates to the Project Engineer/Project Head.
- Maintain site discipline and safety standards.
•Handle minor site issues and escalate major concerns.
Required Skills
•Strong site management skills.
•Good communication and coordination ability.
•Knowledge of interior execution processes.
•Ability to manage labor and vendors effectively.
Qualification
Any one of the following:
•Bachelor of Design (B.Des – Interior Design)
•B.Sc in Interior Designing
•Bachelor’s in Architecture
•Diploma in Interior Design (if relevant experience exists)
Experience
Minimum: 2 years--- Maximum: 10+ years
Salary Range ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
