This position is for BMS Tehnician having experience in installation and commissioning as well.
WORKING EXPERIENCE WITH HONEYWELL BMS WOULD BE A PLUS.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of:
- Access Control System (ACS)
- Fire Alarm System (FAS)
- CCTV Surveillance System
- Building Management System (BMS)
- Public Address (PA) System
- VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus)
- Water Leak Detection (WLD) System
- Nurse Call System
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per maintenance schedules.
- Diagnose and resolve system faults with minimal downtime.
- Attend breakdown calls and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct routine inspections and health checks of installed systems.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and checklists.
- Coordinate with site engineers, clients, and OEM support teams when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
- Support commissioning and testing during new installations or system upgrades.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in ELV/IBMS systems maintenance.
- Good understanding of electrical wiring, control panels, and field devices.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of networking and IP-based systems is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
