Senior Executive - Client Relations
We are looking for a Client Relations Executive to join our team and manage client interactions, account-opening support, customer servicing, and branch-level coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, good follow-up abilities, and a basic understanding of capital market products and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and ensure a professional customer experience.
- Handle client queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face interactions.
- Assist clients with Trading and Demat account opening, KYC documentation, and account activation.
- Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, Back Office, and other internal teams for timely resolution of client requests.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure timely follow-up on pending requests.
- Handle and coordinate resolution of client complaints and service-related issues.
- Assist clients with share transmission, duplicate share-related requests, and IEPF-related processes.
- Provide clients with account statements, contract notes, portfolio reports, and other required documents.
- Guide clients on trading platforms, mobile applications, and basic investment processes.
- Support business development activities by identifying potential leads and promoting relevant financial products such as Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, IPOs, SIPs, and PMS.
- Maintain accurate client records, databases, KYC documents, registers, and service-related reports.
- Ensure proper filing, documentation, and confidentiality of client information.
- Support client meetings, investor awareness programmes, appointments, visitor management, and general branch administration.

Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in Stock Broking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Banking, Financial Services, or NBFCs will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
