Job Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executives to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and taxation activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to ensure accurate financial record-keeping and compliance.
For the Tardeo location, candidates with experience in Accounts & Taxation, preferably from a CA Firm, will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance Management
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Monitor and maintain financial records with accuracy and completeness.
Compliance & Taxation
- Prepare and assist in filing GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.
- Stay updated with changes in taxation and accounting regulations.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and financial summaries.
- Support management with financial data and reports for decision-making.
- Maintain documentation and records required for audits and compliance reviews.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Accounting Principles and Financial Statements.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Scrutiny.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in accounting and finance functions as per location requirements.
- Experience in Construction, Real Estate, Trading, Services, or related industries preferred.
Additional Requirement for Tardeo Location
- Hands-on experience in Accounts & Taxation is mandatory.
- Candidates from CA Firms will be preferred.
- Exposure to GST, TDS, Income Tax compliances, and audit support activities is highly desirable.
