Job Summary
The Human Resources professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, policy implementation, attendance management, employee relations, and maintaining HR records to support the organization’s growth and culture.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain candidate databases and hiring records.
Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure completion of joining formalities and documentation.
- Explain company policies, processes, and work guidelines.
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and provide HR support.
- Maintain healthy employee relations and workplace culture.
- Assist in conflict resolution and employee grievance handling.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Monitor punctuality and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with management regarding employee attendance issues.
Performance Management
- Assist in probation review and employee performance tracking.
- Support performance evaluation processes and PIP implementation.
- Maintain performance-related documentation.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee files and HR MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Prepare HR-related letters and documents as required.
- Support implementation of HR initiatives and activities.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Support employee welfare initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HR documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant HR experience preferred.

Pay: ₹10,850.36 - ₹33,141.10 per month
