We are hiring a D365 BC HR & Payroll Consultant to lead HR & Payroll projects. The role involves understanding client needs, gathering data, and implementing Business Central solutions. Responsibilities include documenting requirements, configuring the system, and providing user training. Strong knowledge of HR & Payroll functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel are essential. Proficiency in Excel and data handling is also required.

Will be leading our D365 BC HR & Payroll projects.

Understanding the needs of a client's business and help them get the most value from the system.

Data gathering, preparation and import into Business Central Document business requirements and functional specifications using Microsoft’s Sure step methodology (GAP Fit analysis and Functional Requirements Documentation).

Understand user and system requirements and identify specific enhancement customizations if necessary.

Implement and deploy Dynamics 365 Business Central software (design, configure, train, support).

You will be providing quality Dynamics training sessions and follow up training materials to proactively service our customers throughout the whole implementation cycle.
