The Associate Relationship Executive (ARE) – Mutual Fund is responsible for supporting client relationship activities, assisting in investment advisory, and driving mutual fund business growth in coordination with Relationship Managers (RMs). This role focuses on providing timely investment solutions, ensuring smooth client servicing, and achieving sales objectives while maintaining compliance with industry regulations
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance engagement and retention.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client queries and provide timely investment solutions with the help of RMs.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable mutual fund products based on risk appetite and financial goals with the help of RMs.
- Upload and update all data related to client in CRM software.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive mutual fund sales by identifying opportunities through client interaction with the help of RMs.
- Achieve assigned targets for new client acquisition, AUM growth, and revenue generation.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with clients to educate them about mutual fund investment options.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions and client on boarding.
Investment Advisory & Portfolio Review
- Provide clients with regular updates on market trends, fund performance, and portfolio allocation by sending messages.
- Assist clients in reviewing their investment portfolios.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while offering investment advice.
Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of mutual fund products and investment concepts (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Client-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and target-driven environment.
Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
