Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of building projects.
- Lead project teams including Engineering, Planning, QA/QC, Safety, Billing, Procurement, and Administration.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, contracts, and technical requirements.
- Develop and monitor project execution plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, PMC, subcontractors, and government authorities.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and implement corrective measures for delays.
- Manage manpower, materials, machinery, subcontractors, and other project resources.
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, productivity, material consumption, and wastage.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC, structural, masonry, MEP coordination, finishing, and external development works.
- Review and approve subcontractor work progress and measurements.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Ensure strict implementation of project HSE policies and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular site review meetings and submit MIS/progress reports to management.
- Identify project risks, constraints, and potential delays and take timely corrective action.
- Support commercial, billing, variation, and contractual matters in coordination with the commercial team.
- Ensure proper project documentation, handover, and completion activities.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- PMP/Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
