JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create and develop garment patterns as per designs
- Prepare accurate patterns and ensure proper measurements & fitting
- Handle pattern correction, grading and modifications
- Coordinate with sampling and production teams
- Ensure patterns meet required quality and specifications
- Good knowledge of garment construction and fabric behavior
- Relevant experience as a Pattern Master is required
