THE FAMALE TELECALLER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING POTENTIAL AND EXISTING CUSTOMERA , EXPLAINING THE COMAPNY'S SOLAR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES , SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS FOR THE SALES TEAM AND MAINTAINING POSITIVE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- MAKE OUTBOUND CALLS TO PROSPECTIVE AND EXISTING CUSTOMERS.
- EXPLAIN THE COMPANY'S SOLAR PRODUCTS , SERVICES AND OFFERS .
- SCHEDULE CUSTOMER APPOINTMENTS AND SITE VISITS.
- FOLLOWUP WITH INTERESTED CUSTOMERS TO CONVERT INQUIRIES INTO SALES.
- MAINTAIN ACCURATE CUSTOMER RECORDS IN THE CRMA ND EXCEL .
- HANDLE CUSTOMER QUERIES PROFESSIONALLY AND PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION.
- COORDINATE WITH THE SALES AND INSTALLATION TEAMS REGARDING CUSTOMER UPDATES.
- MAINTAIN PROPER CALL LOGS AND SUBMIT DAILY REPORTS.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN GOOD CUSTOMER REALTIONSHIP THROUGH REGULAR FOLLOWUPS.

- GOOD TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE.
- POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER FOCUSED APPROACH.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
