We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Development & Coordination Intern to support business growth initiatives while assisting in day-to-day business operations, cross-functional coordination, and management activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to generating leads, client relations, project coordination, and business administration.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Research potential clients, markets, and industry trends.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
Support client outreach through email, phone calls, and social media.
Maintain and update CRM and lead databases if any.
Track lead generating activities and prepare progress reports.
Business Coordination
Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Assist in managing client relationships and resolving routine queries.
Support project execution by coordinating resources and timelines.
Business Management Support
Prepare reports, dashboards, and business performance summaries.
Assist in process documentation and workflow improvement initiatives.
Monitor project and operational milestones.
Support management in strategic planning and operational activities.
Help organize business events, workshops, and client meetings.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Basic understanding of business development and lead generation and understanding of sales.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, or Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
Previous internship, project, or leadership experience is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools and project management platforms is advantageous.
