What You Will Actually Do
This is a full-spectrum growth role. Not a "create content and wait" role. You will:
- Go on the ground. Clinics, co-working spaces, gyms, hospitals — wherever GRASA's customer or the magazine's contributor might be. You talk to them.
- Pick up the phone. Outreach to potential subscribers, advertisers, contributors, and clients. Telecalling is part of this. You will get comfortable with it fast.
- Write things people actually read. Emails, pitch notes, social posts, WhatsApp messages, one-pagers. Short, purposeful, on-brand.
- Track what's working. Build simple trackers. Notice patterns. Tell us what to do more of.
- Represent the brand in the room. Meetings, events, demos — you show up.
- Find new channels. Corporate tie-ups, referral networks, institutional partnerships — you think like a founder, not a department.
Who Should Apply
You are:
- Ambitious but grounded. You want to build something real, not just put a brand name on your CV.
- Not precious about effort. You understand that all great businesses were built by people who did the unglamorous work first.
- A natural communicator. Written and verbal — you can adjust your tone for a startup founder, a hospital doctor, and a government officer in the same week.
- Curious about health, nutrition, food, startups, or media. Any of these. All of them is a bonus.
- Comfortable being the only person doing something. We don't have a team of 10 to hand it off to. You figure it out.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
