Job Summary
Livasa Hospital, Khanna is looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to manage and supervise hospital security operations, ensure the safety of patients, visitors, staff, and hospital assets, and lead a team of security personnel.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and monitor security staff and daily security operations.
* Ensure compliance with hospital security policies and procedures.
* Manage access control, visitor management, and incident reporting.
* Respond promptly to emergencies and security breaches.
* Conduct regular security rounds and inspections.
* Coordinate with hospital departments and local authorities when required.
* Train and guide security personnel on safety and security protocols.
Requirements
* Minimum 8–10 years of experience in security operations.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Experience in hospital, healthcare, industrial, or institutional security preferred.
* Ability to handle emergencies and maintain detailed reports.
* Ex-Servicemen (Army) preferred.
