Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, firewalls, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems
Handle network administration (LAN/WAN, VPN, VLANs, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshoot connectivity issues
Manage hardware & IT assets – laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV, biometric systems, etc.
Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Office 365/Google Workspace
Ensure security & backup management with antivirus, endpoint security, and disaster recovery plans
Provide L2/L3 user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, OEMs, and AMC partners
Maintain proper documentation, SOPs, and IT policies
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
Experience with LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, Firewall (SonicWall/Fortinet preferred)
Hands-on experience with Office 365/Google Workspace administration
Basic knowledge of Linux, VMware/Hyper-V is a plus
Hardware troubleshooting, CCTV, biometric & EPABX systems experience preferred
Certifications like CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+ are a plus
Qualification: B.Tech / BCA / MCA / Diploma in IT/CS/ECE or related field
