Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Graphic Design & Animation Faculty to train students in industry-standard graphic design, digital illustration, branding, animation, motion graphics, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should be capable of mentoring students through practical projects, portfolio development, and industry-oriented learning while preparing them for careers in the AVGC industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Graphic Design fundamentals, Design Principles, Typography, Layout Design, Color Theory, Composition, and Visual Communication.
- Train students in Branding, Logo Design, Brand Identity, Advertising Design, Packaging Design, Print Design, Social Media Design, Comics, and Digital Illustration.
- Teach Animation principles, Storyboarding, Character Design, Character Animation, Motion Graphics, and Visual Storytelling.
- Conduct practical sessions using Adobe Creative Cloud and industry-standard animation software.
- Guide students in portfolio development, live projects, case studies, and creative problem-solving.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, classroom activities, and industry-based projects.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest design, animation, AI, and AVGC industry trends.
- Collaborate with Fine Arts, VFX, Gaming, and Generative AI faculty.
- Create an engaging, interactive, and industry-focused learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of teaching or industry experience (Freshers with exceptional portfolios may also apply).
- Strong knowledge of Graphic Design, Branding, Animation, Motion Graphics, and Digital Design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Passion for teaching and developing creative professionals.
