About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM & Lead Generation Intern to support our business development and sales team. In this role, you'll help identify potential clients, maintain an organised CRM database, and ensure lead data is accurate, updated, and ready for outreach.
This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys research, has strong attention to detail, and wants to build a career in sales, business development, or digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B leads using online platforms and databases.
- Filter, validate, and organise lead data for accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain and update CRM with new and existing customer information.
- Remove duplicate or outdated records from the CRM.
- Segment leads based on industry, location, company size, and target audience.
- Assist in preparing lead lists for email campaigns and outreach.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to support lead generation activities.
- Generate daily and weekly reports on lead generation progress.
Requirements
- Graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong internet research and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good written communication skills.
- Ability to CRM tools and sales processes quickly.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM software
- Understanding and knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other lead generation tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with B2B lead generation and email outreach is an advantage.
