Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to support various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment activities and ensure timely hiring.
- Conduct onboarding and induction for new employees.
- Address employee queries and support employee relations initiatives.
- Assist in performance management and employee development programs.
- Coordinate training and learning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Organize employee engagement activities and workplace events.
- Conduct exit formalities and maintain HR reports and MIS.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (BBA, MBA HR, or related field).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
