About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to support our online business operations. The intern will assist in product listing, order management, marketplace operations, customer support, and digital marketing activities across various e-commerce platforms like Amazon, meesho, jiomart , flipkart, azio , myntra etc.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Operations
- Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, meesho, jiomart , flipkart, azio etc.
- Update product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and inventory details.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the operations team.
- Ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
Marketplace Management
- Assist in managing seller accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
- Track order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Monitor product performance and sales reports.
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns.
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or marketplace portals.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely communication.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of E-commerce and Online Marketplaces.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or WooCommerce.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
