- Recruitment Support: Posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, coordinating interview schedules, and communicating with candidates.
- Onboarding & Administrative Support: Assisting with new hire paperwork, preparing onboarding materials, updating employee records (both digital and physical), and managing HR filing systems.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintaining and updating HR Information Systems (HRIS), entering payroll data (leaves, working hours), and generating basic HR reports.
- Employee Engagement: Helping to organize company events, employee luncheons, and, as noted on Quora, drafting internal communications to boost morale.
- Policy & Compliance: Assisting with the review of company policies, processing employee expense forms, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
