We are looking for a highly experienced HR professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR policies while ensuring adherence to all applicable labor laws.
- Manage the complete HR operations for all hotel properties.
- Handle recruitment,
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including Employees' State Insurance (ESI), Employees' Provident Fund (EPF), gratuity, bonus, and other labor laws.
- Liaise with the Labour Department, EPFO, ESIC, and other government authorities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure statutory deductions are accurate.
- Organize training and development programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment regulations and company policies.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
