This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand overarching business needs and then shaping these insights into comprehensive solutions that align with organizational goals. The position also includes supporting transformational efforts by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical projects, ensuring that the envisioned changes are effectively realized within the enterprise framework.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Ability to develop and present comprehensive business cases to support strategic initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
