Position: Junior Transport Executive
Location: Indore
Salary: ₹24,000 In-hand per month
Experience: 0–2 Years
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Preferred)
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily vehicle movements and transportation activities.
- Monitor vehicle placement, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain transport records, trip sheets, fuel records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Track vehicle utilization and ensure timely reporting.
- Resolve transportation-related issues and escalate concerns when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations.
- Support billing, MIS reporting, and operational data management.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of transport/logistics operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in transport/logistics operations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
