Job Summary
We are hiring Japanese Customer Support Executives for an international customer service process based in Malaysia. The ideal candidate should be a Native Japanese Speaker or hold JLPT N1 certification with excellent communication and customer handling skills. Candidates from any country are welcome to apply.
Language Requirement
- Native Japanese Speaker OR JLPT N1 Certified (Mandatory)
- JLPT N2 Candidates will not be considered
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: RM 8,000 – RM 10,000 per month
- Transportation Allowance: RM 500
- Shift Allowance Applicable
Working Schedule
- Rotational Shift Basis
- Shift Timings:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (MYT)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions in Japanese language
- Deliver excellent customer service support via calls, emails, or chat
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of customer interactions
