Building in space-tech is hard. Translating it into stories that land is harder. PierSight is looking for someone who can help us solve that. We're a space-tech company building application-specific SAR systems - radar that sees through cloud, canopy, and darkness, designed for missions across maritime, defence, and beyond. Backed by prestigious institutional investors like, Elevation Capital, Alpha Wave Global, All In Capital, and Techstars Space Accelerator.
We're hiring a Creative Filmmaker / Content Producer to craft videos that bring our mission, technology, and people to life, and make the most complex part of space-tech feel human.

Responsibilities:
- Convert rough concepts into compelling video narratives
- Script, storyboard, shoot, and edit end-to-end
- Create short-form and long-form video content
- Add motion graphics and visual polish
- Collaborate closely with founders/team on creative direction
Requirements:
- 2-3 years creating professional video content
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Experience shooting with DSLR/mirrorless cameras
- Strong storytelling and pacing instincts
- Portfolio demonstrating independently executed projects Nice to have (not mandatory):
- Experience with 3D motion graphics
- YouTube or startup content experience
