Job Title: Dispatch Executive (Billing & Dispatch)

Reporting To: Dispatch Manager / Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to support the Dispatch Team by managing bill dispatch activities and ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient dispatch of invoices and related documents. The role requires close coordination with internal departments to maintain dispatch timelines, documentation accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and dispatch customer bills, invoices, and related documents within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with Billing, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams for accurate and timely bill dispatch.
- Verify invoices and dispatch documents before dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch registers and tracking records.
- Coordinate with courier partners and internal logistics teams for document delivery.
- Monitor pending dispatches and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Update ERP/MIS systems with dispatch status.
- Resolve dispatch-related queries from internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company documentation standards.
- Support the Dispatch Team in achieving daily dispatch targets.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any discipline.
- 4-5 years of experience in dispatch, billing, documentation, or operations support.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with ERP or billing software is preferred.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Timely dispatch of bills.
- Accuracy of dispatch documentation.
- Zero dispatch errors.
- Compliance with dispatch timelines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
