Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Leasing to manage end-to-end leasing transactions for commercial office and co-working spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with property owners, executing lease transactions, and ensuring compliance with legal and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial real estate and co-working space owners to identify optimal office spaces aligned with business needs.
- Manage end-to-end long-term lease transactions, including renewals and exits.
- Develop and streamline leasing processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Prepare transaction documentation such as:
- Appointment letters
- Market comparison reports
- Offer letters
- Client business cases
- Maintain accurate transaction records and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Review lease agreements to ensure inclusion of all standard clauses and client-approved terms.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize lease documentation.
- Oversee transaction completion, including:
- Verification of stamp duty and registration charges
- Coordination of property registrations
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
