JOB DESCRIPTION
- KPG Branches/ Franchises should be visited and monitored (Sales /Admin/Collection) periodically.
- KOL visit as per CREs Schedule.
- Site visit to generate sales and close the same
- New channel lead to be created and closed with the help of top Management.
- Complaint handling.
- Sales /Branch targets should be achieved on or before the time frame.
- Sales strategies should be planned and implemented as instructed by the marketing team.
- Need to handle and guide the Branch sales team to reach their goals.
- Analyze the competitor activities in the market and update Manager.
- Collection, follow up and closing of leads through various marketing methods.
- Contacting the leads generated by marketing team over phone or messaging directly or through branches.
- Follow up of the leads, closing the sales, identifying new potential sales pocket and associates, Documenting the reason and status in case of missed leads.
- KPI evaluation of team members.
- Assisting the Marketing as well as Administration Department as per the requirement.
- Coordinating with branches / channel partner on behalf of the company for passing information, creation of reports or other administration activities and documentation of all the branch related activities by the branch team.
- Creating informational content for marketing team and following up the responses.
- Participating and arranging sessions /presentation / meetings for business development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
