Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Import Pricing

Job Description.
- Working on pricing and costing within SLA /overseas agents. Maintain up-to-date records of quotes.
- Negotiate rates to secure business. Build rapport with customers and agents to strengthen business relationships.
- Coordinate with overseas agents regarding the schedule and pre-alerts, manifestation for both air and sea import consignments.
- Maintain customers focus on all the times and response to customers enquiries.
- Update daily status report to customers regarding ongoing shipments.
- Enhancing the productivity of customer by suggesting best possible route and mode of transportation.
- Candidates with import pricing experience are preferred.
Customer Service :Communicate with clients to provide updates on shipment status, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving any issues related to documentation or shipment planning delays.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all import documentation.
- Ensure that records are easily accessible for audits and compliance checks.
- Problem Resolution: Promptly identify and address any discrepancies or issues in documentation.
· Check the agents' debit notes and update the accounts team.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
