We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPBCS Consultant to design, develop, and support Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions using Oracle EPM Cloud. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business process automation.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Oracle EPBCS solutions for Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting.

Configure applications, dimensions, hierarchies, forms, dashboards, and business rules.

Develop and maintain Calculation Manager rules, Groovy scripts, and data integration processes.

Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Build and support Workforce Planning, Capital Planning, Financial Planning, and Project Planning modules.

Manage metadata, security, and data loads using Data Management/Data Integration.

Develop reports using Smart View and management reporting tools.

Perform system testing, user training, and production support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, ERP, and IT.
Required Skills:

3–8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM/EPBCS.

Strong knowledge of Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Processes.

Experience with Calculation Manager, Business Rules, and Groovy scripting.

Hands-on experience with Smart View, Data Management/Data Integration, and Essbase.

Understanding of metadata management, security, and application lifecycle management.

Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as Workforce Planning and Capital Planning.
