Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Help design and oversee the comprehensive marketing roadmap spanning digital, performance, and conventional offline channels.
- Performance Marketing: Drive and monitor high-yield, ROI-focused campaigns via SEM, PPC, programmatic ad networks, and affiliate structures.
- 360° Campaigns: Orchestrate cohesive growth strategies blending organic SEO, paid social media networks, email communications, and automated SMS systems.
- Analytics & Refinement: Use advanced analytics ecosystems (Google Analytics, CRM databases) to decipher trends, refine funnels, and clear aggressive conversion KPIs.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate intimately with internal Product, Design, and Sales teams to align creatives with commercial outreach goals.
- Team Leadership & Agencies: Mentor a high-velocity internal team while driving strategic outside agency alignments and brand partnerships.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor’s is required.
- Experience & Skills: 2-4 years of proven expertise leading performance-heavy marketing portfolios. Mastery over SEO/SEM, CRM systems, branding, and creative frameworks is crucial.
- Leadership: Exceptional project management capabilities paired with strong team communication and leadership talents.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana (Gurugram): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
