Hotel Aida is looking for a reliable and experienced Cashier to manage billing and payment transactions efficiently while providing excellent service to guests. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible with cash handling, and able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle billing and payment transactions (cash, card, and digital payments).
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales and receipts.
- Perform cash reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Coordinate with front office and restaurant teams.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
- Ensure proper handling of invoices and billing documents.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years cashier experience.
· Basic knowledge of billing software and computers.
· Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
· Good communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work flexible shifts if required.
