Job Summary
The Operator cum Supervisor is responsible for operating production machinery, supervising , monitoring theprocess, ensuring product quality, maintaining safety standards, and achieving production targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Operations
- Operate and monitor PET flakes washing, grinding, drying, and packing equipment.
- Ensure smooth production flow and minimize downtime.
- Start-up, shut-down, and basic troubleshooting of machinery.
- Monitor machine parameters and production output.
- Supervise production workers and allocate daily tasks.
- Inspect PET flakes
Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Any degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing indusrties.
Reporting To
Production Manager / Plant Manager
Preferred hindi known candidate & who are intrested to learn hindi
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
