Key Responsibilities
- Build responsive, pixel-accurate UIs from design specs using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Architect and maintain modular, reusable component libraries
- Optimise page performance — load, render, and runtime metrics
- Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs with the frontend layer
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility (mobile, TV, web)
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives
- Maintain accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Required Experience:
- 4–8 years of professional frontend / HTML5 development
- Production experience with a major JS framework (React, Vue, or Angular)
- Strong command of CSS pre-processors (SASS/LESS) and CSS Grid/Flexbox
- Hands-on with build tools: Webpack, Vite, or Parcel
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience writing unit and integration tests (Jest, Cypress)
- Understanding of browser rendering, repaint/reflow, and web vitals
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodology

QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong portfolio of shipped web products or open-source contributions
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
- Good communication — able to articulate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-driven, ownership mindset with ability to manage tasks across multiple workstreams
