Skill_Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Design and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans focusing on early literacy, numeracy, arts, and motor skills.
Classroom Management: Create a safe, stimulating, and organized learning environment. Ensure play areas and learning materials are clean and sanitized.
Child Development: Observe, assess, and document each child's progress, tailoring activities to individual learning paces and identifying behavioral needs
