About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Dietitian who is passionate about nutrition and thrives in a sales-driven environment. This role is primarily focused on sales (90%), with 10–20% involvement in dietitian part.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of weight management products, particularly GLP-1, and be confident in educating customers, handling consultations, and driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Fitty's nutrition and wellness solutions, including GLP-1 and other weight management products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and programs.
- Conduct consultative sales calls and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Explain product benefits, usage, and expected outcomes while addressing customer queries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
An Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, weight management, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Good understanding of GLP-1 and its role in weight management.
- Knowledge of weight loss and wellness products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling sales conversations and achieving targets.
- Customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in nutrition sales, healthcare sales, wellness consulting, telecalling, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
