Location: Delhi & Gurgaon
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to support the Founder and senior leadership team across our Delhi and Gurgaon offices. This role requires exceptional coordination, communication, and execution skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective management of business priorities.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced business environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for leadership.
Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, vendors, and management.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, follow-up notes, and action trackers.
Draft and review emails, presentations, reports, proposals, and other business documents.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Support day-to-day business operations and administrative activities.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Project teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Monitor pending activities and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients for operational requirements.
Maintain organized records, documentation, and business data.
Professionally manage incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications.
Coordinate interviews, candidate scheduling, and recruitment-related communication when required.
Support customer follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and client coordination.
Assist leadership with business-related errands, scheduling, and priority management.
Provide support across both Gurgaon and Delhi offices as needed.
Be available for occasional travel within NCR for meetings and business requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and digital tools.
Highly organized with strong multitasking and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management tools, and communication platforms.
