Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Visa Processing Officer with expertise in Australian Migration and Study Abroad visa processing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end visa application processes, ensuring document accuracy, compliance with immigration regulations, and providing exceptional support to clients throughout their migration journey.
The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Australian immigration procedures, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple applications while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Australia Migration Visa Processing
- Process Australian migration applications from initiation to visa grant.
- Prepare and review visa applications for accuracy and completeness.
- Handle documentation for:
- Skills Assessment
- Expression of Interest (EOI)
- State/Territory Nominations
- Visa Lodgements
- Health & Character Requirements
- Visa Grant Follow-up
- Ensure compliance with the latest Australian immigration regulations.
- Coordinate with Migration Agents and Registered Migration Consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of all client communications and application status.
Study Abroad Visa Processing
Process student visa applications for countries including:
- Australia
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- New Zealand
- USA
- Europe (where applicable)
Responsibilities include:
- Offer Letter documentation
- Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)
- Genuine Student (GS) Statement preparation
- Financial documentation review
- Visa file preparation
- Health Insurance documentation
- Visa application submission
- Biometrics coordination
- Medical appointment coordination
- Visa outcome tracking

CRM & System Management
- Update CRM after every client interaction.
- Maintain application progress records.
- Upload documents accurately.
- Generate processing reports.
- Track application milestones.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
