Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative design concepts and execute projects from concept to completion
- Design visually compelling content for social media, print, and web platforms
- Create engaging layouts, illustrations, and brand assets aligned with project objectives
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications
- Utilize tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software efficiently
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years preferred (Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with Canva or Figma is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
- Creative thinking with attention to detail

Job Details
- Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 10% monthly (based on performance)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Day shift (Monday–Saturday)
- Location: On-site (Bhopal office; company systems provided)
