Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team at ALYF.This position is ideal for fresh graduates or those with up to 1-2 years of experience who are passionate about luxury holiday home design. You will work closely with senior architects and designers to develop creative concepts, technical drawings, and presentation materials. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Support:
● Assist in creating conceptual designs and developing architectural layouts for luxury
holiday homes.
● Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations using AutoCAD,
SketchUp, and rendering software.
● Support in developing mood boards and conceptual sketches to communicate design
ideas.
2. Documentation and Technical Drawings:
● Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documentation under the
guidance of senior architects.
● Maintain accuracy and consistency in technical details and documentation.
● Assist in preparing GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and ensuring compliance
with design standards.
3. Presentation and Visualization:
● Create high-quality renderings and presentation visuals for client meetings.
● Assist in preparing design presentations, including diagrams, mood boards, and
rendered views.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
● Work closely with senior architects and project managers to refine designs and
incorporate feedback.
● Coordinate with consultants and contractors to gather technical inputs and incorporate
them into the drawings.
● Attend team meetings to discuss progress and share design updates.
5. Site Support and Learning:
● Participate in occasional site visits to understand construction practices and
implementation.
● Assist in documenting site progress and identifying any design-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
● Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience are encouraged to
apply.
● Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign).
● Basic knowledge of 3D rendering software (Lumion, V-Ray, D-5 preferred).
● Strong conceptual and visual thinking abilities.
● Good communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
● Enthusiasm for luxury residential design and sustainable architecture.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
