Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Personal Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for senior management. The candidate should be well-versed with local routes, ensure vehicle maintenance, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Driving & Transportation
- Safely drive company vehicle for management and official purposes
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop as per schedule
- Travel within city and outstation as required
2. Route Planning
- Plan efficient routes to avoid delays
- Be familiar with Madurai city routes and nearby locations
3. Vehicle Maintenance
- Ensure vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good condition
- Perform regular checks (fuel, oil, tyre pressure, etc.)
- Coordinate servicing and repairs when needed
4. Safety & Compliance
- Follow all traffic rules and regulations
- Maintain valid driving license and required documents
- Ensure passenger safety at all times
5. Professional Conduct
- Maintain punctuality and discipline
- Ensure confidentiality of management travel and discussions
- Exhibit polite and respectful behavior
6. Documentation & Support
- Maintain travel logs and vehicle records
- Assist with basic office or field-related errands if required
Eligibility Criteria:
- Valid Driving License Mandatory
- Minimum 1+ Years as a personal or company driver
- Good knowledge of Madurai routes and Tamil Nadu highways
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
