Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our footwear retail outlet in Chennai. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the store, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales growth while maintaining brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and staff supervision.
- Recruit, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Oversee visual merchandising and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in budgeting and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
