- Assist the sales team in understanding customer requirements and technical challenges.
- Support the preparation of product presentations, demonstrations, and technical proposals.
- Participate in customer meetings, discovery calls, and product walkthroughs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Help create technical documentation, sales collateral, and solution briefs.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to gather product information.
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries, RFPs, and technical questionnaires.
- Maintain CRM records and track sales activities and opportunities.
- Support proof-of-concept (POC) activities and product evaluations
