Should have hands-on experience on Hospital process.

Brief job description of Cardiology department PRO is as follows;-
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and maintain files, correspondence, and departmental records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication (phone, email, or in person) efficiently and professionally.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and departmental updates for meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding patient information and departmental matters.
2. Patient Coordination and Public Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for patients seeking consultations or follow-ups with the Cardiology Director.
- Ensure a positive patient experience by providing guidance about consultation schedules, procedures, and required documents.
- Address and resolve patient queries or complaints professionally and escalate to the Director if required.
- Liaise with other departments (billing, reception, nursing, etc.) to ensure seamless patient care.
3. Departmental Liaison:
- Coordinate with the hospital administration, Cathlab, and other departments for procedures, tests, or surgeries scheduled by the Cardiology Director.
- Assist in communication between the Cardiology Director and other consultants, referring doctors, or external stakeholders.
- Support the department in organizing outreach programs, medical camps, or awareness drives related to cardiology services.
4. Secretarial Duties:
- Arrange travel, meetings, or conferences for the Director when required.
- Draft, proofread, and finalize letters, memos, or emails as directed by the Cardiology Director.
- Monitor departmental inventory, such as office supplies, and ensure timely replenishment.
5. Quality and Compliance Support:
- Ensure patient records are accurate and meet hospital and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH or JCI).
- Maintain logs of patient satisfaction scores or departmental quality indicators.
6. Professional Development and Miscellaneous Duties:
- Continuously upgrade knowledge about cardiology procedures and departmental requirements.
