Job Title: Team Lead Content Moderation
Role Summary
The Team Lead – Content Moderation is responsible for managing a team of moderators to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely content review aligned with client guidelines and platform policies. The role involves driving performance, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Note : Candidates must have prior content moderation experience and a minimum of 3+ years of documented experience in a Team Lead role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of content moderators to meet productivity, quality, and SLAs
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring
- Conduct performance reviews, 1:1s, and development planning
- Ensure adherence to client policies, content guidelines, and compliance standards
- Handle escalations and complex moderation cases
- Drive process improvements and support operational excellence initiatives
- Maintain accurate reporting and dashboards for performance tracking
- Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Operations teams for continuous improvement
- Ensure team engagement, attendance, and discipline management
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members

Eligibility / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 5 - 7 yrs of experience in content moderation
- Experience in BPO/ITES environment preferred

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
