Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
Job Summary:
The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) will assist in post-sales customer support activities, including machine commissioning coordination, customer complaint handling, service support coordination, and preparation of technical documentation. The role provides an opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to develop technical, customer service, and coordination skills while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating machine installation and commissioning activities.
- Support the monitoring and tracking of machine commissioning status.
- Receive, record, and maintain customer complaints and service requests.
- Coordinate with service engineers and internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory closure of complaints.
- Assist in preparing and updating operating manuals, user guides, and SOPs.
- Maintain commissioning reports, complaint records, and customer service documentation.
- Support the team in improving customer service processes and documentation.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or industrial equipment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and learning attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
